Brainy Brian makes an appearance in the Garbage Pail Kids Animated Series movie R.A.L.F., a parody of the 1982 Steven Speilberg movie E.T. by Universal Pictures. In it, he is asked by the Cuties to take care of R.A.L.F.(Rejected Alien Life Form, or Reject for short). In the ending, he sends Reject to space so he can return home.
